Ordering while I was asleep and expecting an immediate response at 3 AM EST.

Not knowing basic game mechanics, turning what should be a*3-minute delivery into 30+ minutes.

Being unable to connect for over an hour, receiving a full refund, then still leaving a review.

Repeatedly changing the order after it was placed, which naturally delayed delivery, then complaining about the wait.
