With the Borderlands craze I’ve pushed past 500 reviews, and of course problems come with that. One customer thought ordering at 3 AM my time meant I should instantly drop everything while I’m asleep. Be reasonable. They left me a bad review, and they’re now banned not for the review, but for lacking basic common sense and courtesy. I try really hard to be nice and deliver fast, but even I have limits. Losing my 100% positive rating just because I’m not a robot is ridiculous, and it shows some people don’t care no matter how much effort you put in.

I’ve just hit 1,000 reviews and received my first neutral rating. I could have refused service and avoided the situation, but I didn’t in fact, I went above and beyond and even gave extra. The issue is when a buyer clearly lacks basic game knowledge, the transaction drags out far longer than it should. What shouldve been a 3-minute order tops turned into 30+ minutes because they don’t know how to join a guild, teleport, or navigate core mechanics, then complain about things like an unexplored map in a world they’ve never visited which doesn't even matter and to top it all off a name like femboyhooter24 making it seem even more troll.

I understand being new to a game, but basic preparation matters. At this point, I don’t believe neutral or negative feedback caused by a lack of basic game knowledge shouldn't reflect on the service provided. Going forward, I may choose to refuse service in these situations to avoid negative reviews cause by lack of knowledge or misunderstandings. Please come prepared with a basic understanding of the game to ensure a smooth and quick transaction.
