I have 1 poor review and they are not telling the truth! They bought my plan after midnight while I was sleeping. I sent them a message on game flip when I woke up at 7:30 AM! I got no response all day. I sent him a message on Xbox and waited 3 hours and still didn't get a response so I canceled the order! He then sends me a message asking why I canceled the order! I have photos and time stamps of all messages! I go above and beyond to deliver my purchases in a timely manner and have never had a problem. I don't mind waiting to deliver if someone tells me they can't get on right a way! To leave someone a poor review when it's your fault your item wasn't delivered is crappy way to treat people!
