You have to turn on Brazil VPN.

Here is a procedure:

- navigate to www.tunnelbear.com on you PC or iPhone (NOT from xbox console)

- create account with your email

- go to download and take client and install it

- close your browser

- run TunnelBear and login with your email credentials

- select desired location on TunnelBear (Select: Brazil)

- run your browser and navigate to xbox website

- login using your credentials (MS thinks you are doing it from Brazil)

- register your code

- log off from xbox website

- close TunnelBear (if you are not planning to register codes on xbox

again unistall it completely)
