1. Download and install SoulWorker.

2. Create a new character, or select the server and existing character you want the items delivered to.

3. Open the premium shop (right bottom corner).

4. Open the menu on the top right of the shop (3 horizontal lines) and click "Redeem Code".

5. Enter your code and click on redeem.

6. Items will be delivered via HEMS (ingame message system). Note: class-specific items will be sent to you in the version that matches your currently selected character. If you would like to receive a different version, you will need to switch characters before you redeem the code!
