Riot: Civil Unrest

RIOT - Civil Unrest is a real-time riot simulator. Experience both sides of the struggle by playing as either a police officer or an insurgent in real clashes such as Indignados, Arab Spring, Keratea and NoTAV. Creator Leonard Menchiari experienced the unrest of the NoTAV protests in Italy first hand. He developed the game to tell the stories and depict the experiences during these clashes.

Play as the police

Use crowd control tactics and command different squads.

Call in police cars, water cannons or even tanks.

Choose grenades, rubber bullets or even live ammunition.

Play as an insurgent

Attack rioters and journalists.

Incite anger or try to quell the crowds.

Attack with a variety of weapons.

Multiple modes
