This is the best roll artifact I have seen so far!

*Invulnerability kicks in automatically on first hit you receive because you are below 50% health. I find it very useful because it can kick in on your second wind if the cool down is up.*

Grants all the following abilities:

5 Seconds of Invulnerability when health drops below 50%

Reserves all but 1 heath

+100% Shield Capacity

+25% Shield Recharge Rate

-25% Shield Recharge Delay

+12.67 Luck (Increases Drop quality!)

+16% Cryo Damage

+7% Experience from Combat
