Everything works. No issues.
Several games installed: Zelda Link Between Worlds, Pokemon X, Super Mario 3D Land, Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon, Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, and Mario Party Star Rush. << This is what makes this a good deal to me. It likely means you don't log in with your own Nintendo Account though. Just stay offline to play what's already on the device or use game cartridge.
Includes charging cord and original box and manual.
