Overview
The Butterfly is a stunning, high-utility pet known for its ability to convert highly mutated fruits into Rainbow variants—one of the most powerful mutations in the game. A must-have for advanced mutation farming.
Appearance
The Butterfly has a sleek, geometric body colored deep purple, with small black legs beneath. Its light purple wings form a sharp "V" shape and feature distinct black bars and orange circle patterns near the tips. The stylized, symmetrical design emphasizes both elegance and precision.
Trait – Rainbow Wings
Every ~30 minutes, the Butterfly scans your garden for any fruit with 5 or more mutations (excluding favorited ones), removes all mutations, and replaces them with the Rainbow mutation.
🌈 Rainbow Mutation is a Growth type and multiplies existing power when paired with strong mutations like Shocked or Celestial.
Trivia
Gold is a Growth Mutation, not Environmental—so the fruit must have 5 true mutations for activation.
The Butterfly is one of only two pets capable of applying growth mutations—the other being the Dragonfly.
Despite only offering a 50x boost, Rainbow's multiplicative scaling makes it the strongest mutation when used strategically.
