Seban, or Seven from the Anime titled Scissor Seven, Seban was a leaderboard unit in Anime Vanguards. A popular character locked out of a lot of people's hands, making him a pretty rare unit. Not a good unit in terms of the game, but rarity- and collection-wise, a very sought-after one with a great cosmetic and grants an in-game title as well!. I got this unit through trading; I think it can find a great home somewhere else.
