- Most Regal locations nationwide.

- Tickets do not expire.

Important Restrictions

- NOT valid for Fathom Events, private screenings, concerts, sporting events, MET Opera, marathons, double features, fan events, or other special events.

- Premium formats (IMAX, RPX, 4DX, ScreenX, 3D, VIP, luxury seating, etc.) require additional surcharge(s).

- Some newly released or studio-restricted movies may also require an additional upgrade fee, depending on Regal's policies.

- Availability and surcharges are determined solely by Regal and may vary by theater and movie.

Online Redemption

- Can be redeemed on the Regal website, Regal app, theater kiosks, or at the box office.

- Online bookings may include Regal's convenience/booking fee. This fee is charged by Regal, not by the seller.

- Cannot be redeemed through third-party ticketing websites (such as Fandango).

Before Opening a Dispute

If your ticket does not work for a specific movie, it does not automatically mean the ticket is invalid. In most cases, the selected showtime has restrictions or requires an additional surcharge.

- another standard 2D movie,

- another showtime,

- another Regal location,

or redeem directly at the theater box office.

If you still believe there is an issue, contact us before opening a dispute. We will verify the ticket and help determine whether the problem is caused by Regal's restrictions or the ticket itself.
