AMC Black Tickets are NOT valid for:
- Special Engagements (as determined by AMC)
- Opening Night Fan Events
- Double Features
- Marathon Events
- Alternative Content (including many live broadcasts, concerts, sporting events, etc.)
- Special Theatrical Presentations
Additional surcharges may apply for:

- Dolby Cinema®
- AMC PRIME®
- RealD® 3D and other premium formats
- Film Festivals
- Premium Services
- Certain AMC locations (including some Disney and Universal properties)
- Online ticketing convenience fees
