You cannot use a T-Mobile Prepaid Refill Card to pay for a postpaid account.

Method 1: Using Your Phone (Quickest)

Step 1: Dial *ADD (equivalent to *233) and press the Call button.

Step 2: Follow the automated prompts to enter your PIN.

Method 2: Using the T-Mobile App

Open the T-Mobile app on your smartphone and log in.
