What happens to my gift card if it reaches $0 balance?

Gift cards with $0 balance will be removed from your wallet on the AMC Theatres website and mobile app to make more room for gift cards with balances. Where are AMC Gift Cards honored?

All AMC Classic, AMC and AMC Dine-In theatres in the United States will honor AMC Gift Cards. So, step right up for an entertainment treat. AMC Gift Cards purchased in the U.S. and gift certificates purchased in Canada are non-transferable. They can only be used in the country they were originally purchased.

How do I redeem a AMC Theaters Gift Card?

1. Visit https://www.amctheatres.com/showtimes.

2. Follow prompts to choose seats and ticket.

3. At checkout. Choose "Use Gift Card, Promo Code, or Voucher".

4. Click "Add Gift Card".

5. Enter card number and pin into fields and click "Apply.

Can I combine more than one gift card?

No. You may not consolidate your AMC Gift Cards onto one card, but you can use multiple cards for one transaction at the theatre or online.

Can I use an AMC Gift Card to purchase another AMC Gift Card?

No. An AMC Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card (unless prohibited by law).
