To redeem a gift card with a claim code:

Find the claim code. An Amazon gift card claim code is 14 or 15 characters long and will usually contain both letters and numbers.

Go to Redeem a Gift Card.

Enter your claim code and select Apply to Your Balance.

To redeem an electronic gift card:

Go to the Amazon webpage. Make sure you are signed into the account that you want to redeem the Gift Card to. If not, sign out and then log back into the correct account.

If delivered via email, select Apply to your Amazon Account. You may be prompted to sign into your account. If delivered via text, select the link to be brought to the redemption page, then Apply to your Amazon Account.
