Modifications may include, but are not limited to, the methods by which you can earn Points, the value of Points, the number of Points, the type and number of Missions, the type and availability of Rewards, and any of the options that we make available through the Rewards Program.

Your failure to comply with these Terms may result in your disqualification from the Rewards Program and the suspension, deletion or ban of your Nintendo Account.
