How to Redeem a PSN Gift Card in Canada

1. Sign in to Your PlayStation Account

• On a console: Go to the PlayStation Store on your PS4 or PS5 and make sure you’re signed in.

• On a browser: Visit store.playstation.com and log in to your account.

• On mobile: Use the PlayStation App and sign in.

2. Find the Redeem Code Option

• On PS5: Go to the PlayStation Store, scroll down to the left sidebar, and select Redeem Codes.

• On PS4: Scroll to the bottom of the PlayStation Store sidebar and choose Redeem Codes.

• On the website or app: Open your profile menu (top right), select Redeem Code.

3. Enter Your Gift Card Code

• Carefully type the 12-digit code (letters and numbers).

• Double-check for typos — there are no spaces or dashes required.

4. Confirm and Add Funds

• Select Redeem to add the funds or content to your account.

• Your wallet balance will update immediately.

5. Use Your Balance

• The redeemed amount can be used for games, add-ons, subscriptions (like PlayStation Plus), and other content in the PlayStation Store.
