One customer thought ordering at 3 AM my time meant I should instantly drop everything while I’m asleep. Be reasonable. They left me a bad review, and they’re now banned—not for the review, but for lacking basic common sense and courtesy. I try really hard to be nice and deliver fast, but even I have limits.
