The negative feedback is from a buyer not responding to any of my messages. The transaction eventually timed out giving me an automatic bad feedback. 😐

The other negative rating was completely unjustified... It was a .75 item that was delivered in minutes... When questioned, the buyer never responded. *sigh*

Lastly, the console I sent was in working condition when shipped. The buyer never made me aware that it was broken when he received it, and I was blocked and given a negative rating before we could agree on any solution.

Neutral rating is from an impatient buyer.
