All Seeing Eye 

All Seeing Eye is a Mythical neck accessory that can be purchased from the In-Game Store for 20000. It was previously 10000 during sales. Having the item in the inventory will grant the following bonuses: Permanent 2x Logia rates for everything, including Devil Fruit spawns. (Will stack during global 2x Logia Weekends, granting 4x Logia.) Grants the ability to store your recent eaten devil fruit inside the All Seeing Eye, (You will be fruitless after that) you can come back to your old fruit any time. (WARNING: YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CURRENT DEVIL FRUIT UPON SWAP) The ability to see when a Devil Fruit spawns. (In the hotbar, hover over the All Seeing Eye. It should say the number of minutes required.). Grants the ability to see which fruit spawns Grants the ability to see the location of the spawned fruit. Grants the player a Legendary Fruit Chest upon victory in the Duos or Squads mode of Battle Royale even if they were not the MVP. Grants 15% extra experience from Battle Royale Discounts how much the Mythical Fruit Chest costs to purchase from 3500 to 3000 Gives the user the Title "The All Seeing". 10% damage buff to all npcs Excluding the NPC damage buff, you do not need the title equipped to receive the buffs 1/40 Legendary Pity for fruits instead of 1/100 These are the buffs you gain for having the all seeing title equipped : the user has a 10% damage bonus towards all NPCs. The level requirement to trade this item is 0+. Trivia The item itself is the reworked version of the Devil Fruit Notifier, a previous gamepass that simply gave the owner the ability to see when a Devil Fruit spawned with no other buffs. This item is often abbreviated as ASE or EYE not to be confused with the Seer of Zaro Artifacts. During Update 5, all users who owned the Devil Fruit Notifier gamepass received this item for free. It is one of the 7 only Mythical items/devil fruits. Although you can have 3 All Seeing Eyes inside of your inventory, their benefits do not stack. This is the first item that is not a Devil Fruit to have the Mythical rarity. The item's appearance is a reference to Yugi Muto's Millennium Puzzle from the manga series Yu-Gi-Oh!. The abilities are still active even when the All Seeing Eye is not equipped. At release of update 9.5, the timer to see the minutes remaining for a Devil Fruit spawn no longer worked due to clothing articles being removed from your main inventory. This has now been fixed and you can once again see the timer. As a legendary item, it offers exceptional quality and distinctiveness.
