# Refund Policy

**Refunds and replacements are only given with video proof.** Your video must be one continuous, unedited recording, started **before you buy**.

**You must show, in order:**

1. The listing (item, quantity, price)

2. Checkout and payment completing (hide card details)

3. The order confirmation with order number, date and time

4. Your in-game username and the delivery happening

5. Your inventory, with every item and quantity shown clearly

6. The problem, compared against your order confirmation

**Eligible issues:** not delivered, wrong item, wrong quantity, or missing items.

**Not eligible:** change of mind, wrong username, items already used, hatched or traded, or issues outside our control.

**How to claim:** within **[24 hours]** of delivery, send your order number, username, video link and a short description to **[contact]**. Never send us your password.

**Outcome:** we'll redeliver the missing items first. If we can't, you'll get a partial or full refund to your original payment method.

Edited, incomplete or misleading videos will be declined. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
