Vortex Echo Crafting Materials

You will get the following items that are required for Vortex Echo's crafting:

• Weathered Timepiece

• Temporal Crux

• Kyrsan Schematic

The Critical attack will reduce almost all active cooldowns by 30 seconds (Mantras, Talents, Resonances, etc.) while applying 40 flat Wither damage to the user. This attack has no hitbox and deals no damage. 30 seconds cooldown (named Temporal Fatigue).

If you do not meet Vortex Echo's attribute requirements, the cooldown reduction on critical will be halved to 15 seconds.

Note: Mantras that have a cooldown that's longer than 15/30 seconds will not display Vortex Echo's effects correctly on their tooltips. Additionally, Temporal Fatigue IS a critical cooldown, you cannot swap to a different weapon and use their critical while Temporal Fatigue is on cooldown.
