If your account gets banned every week, every day, or repeatedly receives **24-hour bans and similar restrictions**, we offer a **White List service** that removes your account from the **Black List** and adds it to the **White List**.

## 🛡️ WHAT IS WHITE LIST?

White List is a process that removes your account's **Black List status** and places your account on the **White List**.

If your account is constantly receiving bans or restrictions, your Black List status is removed and your account is returned to normal after the White List process.

## ✅ ADVANTAGES

• Your account's **Black List status is removed.**

• You are less likely to receive bans/restrictions compared to before.

• The White List process is applied specifically to your account.

• The White List is added to your account **within 1 week.**

> ⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** White List does **NOT** guarantee 100% protection from bans. The game's own security systems, checks, and enforcement mechanisms may still apply.

## ⚠️ DISADVANTAGES / IMPORTANT INFORMATION

White List does **NOT** make your account completely immune to bans.

For example:

• Using cheats in an obvious or blatant way,

• Shooting through walls or displaying highly suspicious behavior,

• Being reported to the game's support system with video evidence,

• Being manually reviewed and found to have violated the game's rules,

may result in your account being **Black Listed again or directly banned.**

White List **cannot prevent manual investigations or direct bans** resulting from clear rule violations.

However, **100% ban protection is NOT guaranteed.** White List does not protect accounts that are clearly violating the game's rules or are detected through manual investigation.
