What are PlayStation Plus vouchers?

PlayStation Plus vouchers give you access to specific PlayStation Plus membership plans. The membership and payment plans are listed on the voucher.

Please note, after the initial period of PlayStation Plus granted by the voucher, the membership may continue on a different payment frequency to that initial period. Check the voucher for details.

If you don’t have a PlayStation Plus membership, redeeming this type of voucher gives you access to the PlayStation Plus membership plan and the payment plan listed on the voucher.

If you’re on a lower PlayStation Plus membership plan than the voucher you're redeeming, the voucher upgrades your PlayStation Plus membership plan.

If you’re on the same PlayStation Plus membership plan as the voucher you’re redeeming, the voucher adds the listed time to your current PlayStation Plus membership.

If you are on a higher PlayStation membership plan than the voucher you are redeeming, the voucher is converted to days of your current membership plan and added to your subscription.

How to redeem a PlayStation Store voucher online

1. Go to PlayStation Store [https://store.playstation.com/?smcid=pdc:us-en:web-pdc-support-store-redeem-ps-store-voucher-code:textblock-playstation-store] and select your profile at the top of the screen.

2. Select Redeem Code from the drop-down menu.

3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue.

The credit or content is now applied to your account.

How to redeem a voucher on PS5 Console

1. Go to PlayStation Store and then press the triangle button to access the menu.

2. Select … (More) > Redeem Code.

3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Redeem.

You can also redeem a voucher code during checkout by selecting Redeem Codes and Gift Cards from the payment method menu.

How to redeem a voucher on PS4 Console

1. Go to PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Redeem Codes2. Select … (More) > Redeem Code.

2. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue > Confirm or Yes.

The credit or content is now applied to your account.

How to redeem a voucher on PlayStation App

1. Select the PS Store icon and then select the menu icon from the right side of the screen.

2. Select Redeem Code.

3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue.

The credit or content is now applied to your account.
