Spencer Tracy reprises his Oscar-winning performance as Father Flanagan opposite a young Mickey Rooney in Whitey Marsh in Men of Boys Town the sequel to the enduring classic Boys Town. Still believing that "no boy is back, if given a chance," Father Flanagan struggles to keep his sanctuary for wayward and homeless boys open despite mounting debts.
