These are the steps to do this.

1. Join my game, I will give you the max % I can in the heist.

2. Get in the avenger and follow me.

3. Park the avenger on the island where I am.

4. Get in the boat or jetski that is there and follow me.

5. Follow me in the water and follow me until I disappear, and then stop.

6. Wait here until I come out of the water.

7. Pick me up and drive me on shore to the avenger, and then get in.

8. Let me drive the avenger and drive all the way back and you now have $1,000,000

This will take around 20 minutes to complete fully.
