Follow the steps below to receive and redeem your code.

• Log into your Ubisoft Club account

• Enter your code and select your platform.

• The portal will present you a key to redeem your Twitch Bundle and send it to your Ubisoft email account.

• On your PlayStation 4 System, select the PlayStation®Store icon on the PS4™ system home screen.

• On PlayStation®Store, select ‘Redeem Codes’ at the bottom of the menu.

• Enter the Playstation 4 System code.

• Once the code has been entered correctly, select ‘Continue’ on the dialog box.

• Select ‘Confirm’ to accept the Trial Code Terms of Service.

• Select ‘Continue’ to complete code redemption.

• Go to Xbox Store > Games > Use a code> Enter the 25-digit code. Select Confirm.

• You can also redeem the 25-digit code at live.xbox.com.*

• Open the Uplay client and log in.

• Click on GAMES tab.

• Click on the ACTIVATE PRODUCT button.

• Enter your code in the “Activation Product” field.

• Click OK at the bottom of the Uplay Product Activation page. This will activate the bundle on your Uplay account.
