A Legacy Weapon this is a surprise survivor from the Bugthesda cull when the game removed the prefix Double Ammo and Explosive, but how did these survive? well if you had them in your inventory before the update and never logged in for the cull update but you did for the current version when they added back the ability to add explosive to energy weapons you have the chance of having them still here.
