here's the tutorial

i have gifts wrapped on my plot and you will open it 1by1

for proof just screenshot your money before opening or screenshot the amount of bikes you received in your inventory

after you opened all the gifts try to rejoin to avoid pop up spam

once u finally join again, build mode and go to ur inventory

find the bikes and place it all

lastly, sell it or bulldoze your plot if you have an empty plot

(make sure that you will not exit build mode because it will decrease the value)

and to make sure, screenshot your money after selling
