How do I redeem my code? [Returning Users]

1. Press start menu button on your controller to open the 'Menu'.

2. Navigate to 'Menu' > 'Adventurer Support' > 'Use Coupon'.

3. Enter the 16-digit coupon code to redeem the coupon content.

4. Go back to 'Menu' and press 'Reward' > 'Mail' to claim the coupon contents.

🔹PC Users:

2. Sign in to your Black Desert Online account.

3. Paste your code and hit 'Use'. Your loot will be entitled to your account.

4. Go to My Page > Web Storage.
