How to redeem a code on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S

Press the Xbox xbox sphere logo button to open the guide, and then select Store.

Press the View button to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.

Note If you can’t locate Store, scroll down to Add more on the Home screen and select the Store tile. (You may need to select See all suggestions.) Then select Add to Home.

How to redeem a code from a web browser

From a web browser, go to redeem.microsoft.com.

Sign in, enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.
