Go to Microsoft. https://redeem.microsoft.com/

Sign in with your Microsoft account.

Type the 25-character code, click Next, and follow the prompts.

On Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and select Store.

Press the View button (the small button with two overlapping squares) to open the side menu.

Select Redeem.

Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and follow the instructions.
