I'm an uber eats driver in eastern time zone. That being said im normally out of the house through out the day but can make it home in 30-60 mins to deliver an item so although I'm not showing "online" much these days I do my best to make quick deliveries. I use the app so if you message or order from me and I don't reply (usually night time eastern) I am asleep. All prices are negotiable and if someone else is cheaper than me and you comment on a listing letting me know I will match or better there price within reason.
