The Cookie was a limited common food item in Adopt Me!. There are two variations of the Cookie. The first version could have been bought for Bucks 20 on the first floor of the old Coffee Shop before it was remodeled, and was also obtainable through Small Gifts during the Christmas Event (2017). It was removed from the Coffee Shop on November 9, 2019, and can now only be obtained through trading.

The second version can be obtained for free from the Cookie Jar furniture item, which was only available on June 28, 2025. It was earned through logging in alongside a Roblox friend, with duplicates being rewarded for every 20 minutes spent in-game with a friend, and was given to players through the FUNiture 2025 Box. As the Cookie Jar is no longer available, the Cookie dispensed from it can only be obtained through taking them from any existing Cookie Jars or trading. It disappears from a player's inventory when they leave the game.

Both versions of the Cookie can be used to restore a baby or pet's hunger ailment. The Cookie from the Coffee Shop takes one use to fully consume, while the Cookie from the Cookie Jar takes three. When consumed by a player, both versions of the Cookie boost their walk speed.
