How do I redeem my card?

Lyft gift cards are delivered by email from our partners and contain a link with a code and pin number. To redeem your gift card, open your Lyft app and tap the menu icon, then ‘Payment’, then ‘Gift card’ under ‘Lyft Cash’. Enter your gift card number and pin code. The full card amount will then be applied to your Lyft Cash balance.

How do I check the balance?

After you’ve redeemed your card, open your Lyft app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner. Then, tap ‘Payment’. Your Lyft Cash balance will include your gift card.
