I occasionally need PayPal balance in amounts smaller than $20 (I could load $20 on one of my prepaid cards if I need $20 or more; the monthly fees are not ideal for keeping $10 or less on the card since they are $3.95 a month) for certain online payments, so when I do, I buy a $10 or $15 Google Play gift card and sell it here, then withdraw the funds as PayPal.
