Super Railway Rifle Ticket to Revenge gun

This special railway rifle comes pre-modded with the following fixed legendary effects which cannot be re-rolled by the player:

* Furious - +5% Damage after each consecutive hit on the same target, up to +45%

** Rapid - 25% faster fire rate

*** Lightweight - 90% reduced weight

Additionally, a hidden mod adds double ammo capacity.
