Spotify's Terms of Use for Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Premium Codes, and PINs (the "Card Terms")

By using a Spotify gift card, eGift Card, eCard, Premium Code, or PIN (the "Card"), you agree to the following:

The "Spotify Terms of Use," available at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/, are incorporated into these Card Terms. The Spotify Terms of Use may include provisions regarding the collection and use of personal data, general disclosure based on the services offered by Spotify, choice of law, mandatory arbitration (if applicable), and venue. The card can only be redeemed for the full price of the individual Premium subscription months and cannot be redeemed for discounted or group subscriptions (such as student discounts, trial offers, Premium for families, or offers that combine Premium with the products and services of other companies).

The card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except where required by law).

You must have or register for a Spotify account in the country of purchase to redeem the card. To use or register for a Spotify account, you must meet the applicable age requirements in the Spotify Terms of Service.

The card must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. After this date, the PIN will expire and the card can no longer be used for purchases.

The card is for one-time use only; The full face value for an individual account will be deducted upon redemption, and incremental redemptions or credit reductions are not permitted.

Spotify and its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, and licensors are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of stolen or fraudulently obtained cards.

The card is provided by Spotify AB, registration number 556703-7485, with registered address Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict with the terms and conditions printed on a card.
