Redemption Instructions:

1. Open a PlayStation™ Network (PS) account (or use your existing PS account).

2. Select the Play Station Store icon on the "PS4" system home screen.

3. On PlayStation ™Store, select "Redeem Codes" at the bottom of the menu.

4. Enter the code.

5. Once the code has been entered correctly, select "Continue" on the dialog box.

6. Select "Continue" to complete code redemption.

Your 1-month membership subscription will renew automatically and $9.99 + applicable tax will be deducted from your wallet every month until you cancel.
