- Please purchase only if you are planning to visit CVS soon.

- When you are on your way to CVS, message me and I will send you a screenshot of your ExtraCare card and barcode.

- Once the card/barcode is sent, it must be used within 1 hour.

- Please do not request the barcode until you are ready to use it.

- If you purchase multiple ExtraCare cards, they can be used during the same CVS trip, but each card must be used in a separate transaction.

- Higher-value cards may have limited availability. If applicable, your order may be fulfilled using multiple cards.

Use your ExtraCare savings toward eligible CVS merchandise such as everyday essentials, beauty products, personal care products, household items, and more.

EXCLUSIONS: Certain purchases are not eligible, including gift cards, alcohol, prescriptions, copays, taxes, lottery, prepaid cards, money orders, postage stamps, certain dairy products, and other restricted items. Additional CVS restrictions may apply.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is an in-store CVS ExtraCare savings product, not a CVS gift card, and that the barcode must be used within the stated time period after delivery.
