You'll receive a code for the black desert game (it works for PC and for Console, but code can only be used once) that will unlock Undergarment and Accessory Box

Console Users:

Press start menu button on your controller to open the 'Menu'.

Navigate to 'Menu' > 'Adventurer Support' > 'Use Coupon'.

Enter the 16-digit coupon code to redeem the coupon content.

Go back to 'Menu' and press 'Reward' > 'Mail' to claim the coupon contents.

PC Users:

Sign in to your Black Desert Online account.

Paste your code and hit 'Use'. Your loot will be entitled to your account.

Go to My Page > Web Storage.

Redeem your rewards by selecting your desired account. Your loot will now be in-game.
