If I'm online the waiting time is usually 10 minutes (if it's a fortnite win you are buying it may take longer) but it can take longer but also shorter. If I'm offline it's normally 5 hours and it's day time for me (I live in Denmark) but if it is night time it is usually 5 - 10 hours.
