The Wyrmtooth is a sword that drops from bosses and endgame events like the Dread Serpent or The Diluvian Mechanism. It has a base damage of 20 with 20% PEN, requiring 60 MED, 40 HVY and Power 15 to equip. Despite being a hybrid weapon, it is only compatible with medium weapon Talents.

With attribute scaling in mind (excluding Proficiency), the Wyrmtooth deals 28.1 damage at base and 35.6 damage when both MED and HVY are at 100.

While its damage is arguably mediocre (considering its requirements), the Wyrmtooth boasts a massive 9 range and an above average weight of 7; it can reliably outrange the majority of melee weapons and, paired with its decently high swing speed, allows you to maintain pressure on your opponents while remaining relatively safe.
