*IMPORTANT* Please note that the TLC is identical to the Leather Coat (LC). However, as pictured on the right, the TLC has a purely cosmetic backpack when worn. This will NOT affect your backpack's carry weight bonus or mod, however it will override whatever backpack skin you have equipped. Please make sure this is the coat you want before purchasing.
