You will need:

The Sims 3 Pets

1.) Start The Sims 3 Pets and select OPTIONS from the main menu.

2.) Open the Online Options tab (this only appears if you are online) and choose REDEEM CODE.

3.) Enter the code that you have received and then follow the on-screen instructions to install your Rare Breeds pack.
