Perfect Storm - Named Weapon

Perfect Storm - Named Weapon is a 10mm submachine gun which is the only weapon that uses the otherwise unused Tier 4 legendary effect known as "Incendiary," which deals a total of 24 Fire damage over 3 seconds to the target. When obtained, Perfect Storm is leveled to the player's character; a level 10 character will receive a level 10 copy. Despite only having an unlisted unique tier 4 effect, it is not possible to add Tier 1 to 3 effects by using legendary cores. This caps its potential damage output at a rather low ceiling. On the other hand, Perfect Storm is still a useful tool for long-range (up to 204) Friendly Fire healing. Type: Weapon
