The Chocolate Twist was a limited common food item in Adopt Me!.

It was obtainable during the Sweet Street event in May 2018 for Bucks 5 alongside Chocolate, Chocolate Drop, and the Ice Tub

This item can be used to fulfill a baby or pet's 'Hungry' task, and takes 3 bites/interactions to fully deplete the item. When eaten by a player, the Chocolate Twist boosts a player's walk speed for a short period of time.

As its event is over, it can now only be obtained through trading with other players
