The Legendary Shield Cindershelly is manufactured by Order and comes from the Borderlands 4 Base Game.

Unique Ability: When damaged, the Cindershelly stacks Resolve up to 25 times. Each Stack grants +2% Damage Resistance and +25% Nova Damage. On Shield break, consumes all Resolve Stacks to release an Elemental Nova, dealing [Element] Splash Damage.

The Cindershelly's Nova can only trigger once per full Shield charge. Resolve Stacks do not decay and are only consumed if the Nova is released.

Available in these elements: Non-Elemental, Fire, Shock, Corrosive, Cryo, Radiation
