To redeem your code, first you will need an NCSOFT Account.

1. Log in to your NCSOFT Account. Navigate to Account Management (or click here).

2. Click 'Apply a Code' tab.

3. Enter your code > Activate. Your code will register on the right section under ‘Unused Serial Codes’.

4. Click the Apply button on the right side to link your code to your account.

5. A message will appear saying you have successfully applied a new serial code to your account. You may find applied codes in your Transaction History.
