Forget about Vanguard, Bolstering, Mutants etc… the 30% damage reduction from Overeaters at any health is just sooo much better.

Self built, unduped, max level, RAIDER OVEREATERS CAVALIER armor set with decent 3rd perks:

receive 7% less explosion damage

+1 endurance

+1 charisma

5x RAIDER armor, 5x Overeaters, 5x Cavalier perk
